GIFT VOUCHERS REGULATIONS

§ 1 General conditions

These Terms and Conditions define the general terms and conditions of sale and use of gift vouchers. The seller of gift vouchers is Luma Milanowek Łukasz Łumiński, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity of the Republic of Poland, maintained by the minister responsible for economic affairs, with the following business address and mailing address: ul. Jedwabna 1, 05-822 Milanówek, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 529-168-02-48, National Business Registry Number (REGON) 146194850, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller." The Seller offers gift vouchers in the values ​​of PLN 50, PLN 100, PLN 200, PLN 300, PLN 400, PLN 800, and PLN 1000 for products available in the online store www.luma-milanowek.pl and in its brick-and-mortar stores. The customer undertakes to purchase gift vouchers via the website www.luma-milanowek.pl or in a stationary store in an amount equal to the value of the gift voucher.
The Seller undertakes to provide the Customer with a gift voucher and to accept payments made using the voucher for products purchased by the Customer. The gift voucher can only be used to purchase products available on the Seller's website at www.luma-milanowek.pl as well as in brick-and-mortar stores. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part) and is non-refundable. Products purchased with the gift voucher are also non-refundable. Products may be exchanged. The gift voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher. The validity period of the gift voucher is 1 year from the date of sale, as indicated on the voucher document, unless a periodic promotion states otherwise. Failure to use the gift voucher within the time specified therein will result in the gift voucher becoming invalid and will not constitute grounds for the Customer to make any claims against the Seller in this regard.

§ 2 Definitions

Terms and Conditions – means these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions, prepared and applied by the Seller. Gift Voucher – a voucher entitling the holder to purchase products offered by the Seller, issued in physical (paper) form, valid for one-time use through online purchase at www.luma-milanowek.pl or in a brick-and-mortar store. Seller – means the Luma Milanówek company as defined in § 1, point 2 of these Terms and Conditions. Customer – the person purchasing the gift voucher. Holder – the person redeeming the gift voucher.

§ 3 Redeeming a gift voucher

A gift voucher is a form of payment for online purchases made at the www.luma-milanowek.pl online store or at a Luma Milanówek brick-and-mortar store. The gift voucher holder may use the amount indicated on the voucher to purchase products available from the Seller. If the purchase of products is less than the value of the gift voucher, the Customer or Holder is not entitled to receive the remaining, unused amount in cash. If the purchase of products is greater than the value of the gift voucher, the Customer or Holder redeeming the gift voucher is obligated to pay the difference in the manner specified in these terms and conditions. The gift voucher cannot be combined with promotions and discounts applicable at the www.luma-milanowek.pl online store or at brick-and-mortar stores at the time the Holder redeems the gift voucher.
The value of a gift voucher is reduced by entering the unique code on the gift voucher in place of the discount code in the shopping cart when placing an order in the online store. This code must be provided to the seller upon presentation of the voucher if the Customer or Holder wishes to use the voucher for purchases in a physical store. The code can only be used once. Reselling gift vouchers to third parties is prohibited.

§ 4 Complaints

All complaints related to products purchased using a gift voucher will be considered by the Seller in accordance with the complaints procedure described on the website www.luma-milanowek.pl.

§ 5 Final provisions

The Seller is not responsible for the loss and/or damage of gift vouchers by the Customer or the Holder. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the redemption of a gift voucher that is illegible, damaged, or otherwise raises doubts as to its authenticity. In such a case, the gift voucher is considered invalid. The Purchaser of the gift voucher, as well as the Holder of the gift voucher, declare that they have read these Terms and Conditions, accept them in their entirety, and agree to abide by their provisions. The Online Store Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions come into effect on January 1, 2025.
