Our silk paints are available in a range of 10 basic colors, which can be freely mixed with each other. The palette is limited to basic colors for a reason. When working with silk, individual shades are most often created in small working containers, achieving a virtually unlimited number of colors and tonal transitions. The paints are offered in convenient 100 ml jars, with larger 500 ml and 1000 ml containers also available upon request. This is a great choice for those just starting their silk painting adventure, as well as for studios and professional artists working on larger projects. To achieve the best results, the fabric must be properly prepared. The silk should be stretched over a wooden frame. Then, an outline is applied to prevent uncontrolled color bleeding. After approximately 20 minutes of drying, the actual painting can begin. To achieve a uniform surface, it is recommended to apply the paint from the area already covered with a fresh coat towards the unpainted area.
